[Trials of the Spiderman]

Quite nice

but a lot of the animation was just tweened images. It can work quite well if you do that for a montage-style effect, but for fight scenes I think you really need some more frame by frame, or at least individual body parts tweened as opposed to the whole body. I saw a couple of better points such as the end of the Doc Ock fight which was done very well, but some of the others looked a bit odd, particularly when Spiderman punches someone and then returns to something like a casual, nonchalant stance - Spiderman should be ready all the time, especially in a fight.

Nice none the less, good job squire.

Well...

I'm guessing most of the graphics and animation were merely traced from other people's work, the only thing I recognised as definitely being done by you is the lip sync, which was horribly done. Generally anime doesn't have the best lip sync, but it works in a way. This just didn't at all.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

You can't submit stuff like this to Newgrounds, the population of this is site is about 90% complete idiot and about 95% of them have no knowledge of animation whatsoever. This was great, but I thought the ending somewhat ruined it. Also the fact that they were robots (were they?) ruined the sinisterness of it slightly methinks =\

Well...

It's not really much of an animation, nor a trailer...
I really suggest you stream the sound rather than just compressing it, it helps to sync the movie.
I am actually working on a Clock version of Kill Bill myself, perhaps I'll put the trailer on NG in a while, I haven't finished with profiles yet.

Well...

They weren't ninjas, they were just guys who happened to be wearing masks, and I don't approve of inaccurate representations of ninjas >=(
The graphics weren't particularly nice, but the animation was ok...hmmm, just failed to grab my attention really. Sorry =\

Hmmmm

Well, quite nice art, definitely a nice style, but as far as animation goes, it was quite poor really. The little proper animation there was was very jerky, and when they were walking, their legs appeared to be spinning around. You have to remember a walk sequence consists of both a forward and backward movement of the legs. If there were a score for cinematography, that would have been a high one though =)

That said, this wasn't bad by any means, but it is very much over-rated (the reviews, not the score). This whole site is just a damn popularity contest and it makes me want to be sick >=(
